Soil: Schist origin, with medium clay content and the presence of quartz.
Climate: Temperate with continental characteristics.
Vinification: Manual harvesting by variety. Total destemming, fermentation with moderate temperature control and daily pumping over. Long post-fermentation maceration. Aged in French and American oak for 16 months. Wine not filtered or cold stabilised. May create a deposit.
Grape varieties: T.Nacional, C.Sauvignon, C.Franc, T.Amarela, A.Boushet and T.Roriz.
Colour: Intense red with slight violet reflections.
Aroma: Intense and elegant. Red and black forest fruits stand out, well combined with light floral and spicy notes that add complexity.
Palate: Full-bodied wine with fine, silky tannins well enveloped by the fruit. Persistent finish. Terroir wine.

Ageing potential: until 2042.
